I tried the brisket and was very good, soft, tender and tasty. The service was great. I recommend this place.
I love Texas barbecue when it's done right, and it's one of the things I miss now that I live in Florida. On a visit to our daughter in Austin, I had the good fortune to come across First Class BBQ and I fully understand why they have so many cups surrounding the bar. The barbecue was delicious. I had brisket and sausage with beans and slaw, washed down with a shiner bock. It was wonderful. The meats were tender and flavorful and the sauce was tasteful without being overpowering and the couple running the place were very friendly. I am already looking forward to my next visit to Texas, we'll be stopping by First Class BBQ on our way to Austin.

Texas BBQ is very competitive. There are a lot of people who want to get into the BBQ lifestyle here in Texas ... few actually have what it takes and these guys really know what all that is. This was one of the best BBQ experiences I’ve had. Don’t pass them by if you find yourself in town. That would be a mistake. .... All side dishes are tasty as well!!!

First time here and the pork rib sandwich with coleslaw was generous in portions! It was delicious, I can see why the chef has won so many barbecue awards! Definitely worth the trip to dine!
Best wagyu brisket we ever had! Top notch as were the beans! Huge portions to enjoy while taking in the casual atmosphere and many trophies. Employee was very friendly and the pit master was jolly and super friendly also! You will be very happy you stopped here!
Great place for BBQ. We got our food fast. The service was very courteous and friendly. The sliced brisket was the most tender and moist brisket I've ever had. It is obvious why they have won so many awards for their BBQ. I liked the green beans and the baked beans the best from the sides we tried (potato salad and corn were the others). They had run out of the Mac and cheese by the time we arrived, which was close to closing. We got the two meat plates. Ask for bread on the side. Chicken was dry, but good. Especially when you slather on the BBQ sauce. Definitely a good stop for BBQ.
Amazing food, nice people. I enjoyed the experience & as a baked potato connoisseur…. I must say it was definitely one of the best I ever had. I would recommend calling first because some items tend to be sold out when it gets later in the day, especially the potatoes and green beans.
